Ok, but really I saw this picture and thought
if when I am at goal, I want my legs & knees to look like this.
I have always loved my legs until the last few years. Granted they were never this great but I always had nice definition.
What I don't want anymore is for my knees to have a "handle" on them, my thighs to rub together and my calves to blend into my the rest of my leg.
Hard work, determination and a healthy diet will get me there! One day!
