I wanted to have a place in my blog where I could list ideas, recipes and pictures of the different foods that I have come up with or found from others. I hope this is able to help those who are reading it as well as keep me on track. Please leave some of your meal ideas in the comment section below.

225cal~1/2 cup whole oats w/vanilla in boiling water, sprinkle of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp splenda brown sugar, 1 tsp whole flaxseed, 1/2 tsp raisins 1 tsp natural no stir peanut butter.

100 cal~Egg white (4) omlette (spiced with garlic salt, onion powder, cayanne pepper, 1 tsp dry ranch mix) fresh spinach & 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese 100 cal  **also served for lunch or dinner**

136 cal~Red gala apple sprinkled with Cinnamon (warm for 15-20 seconds)

95 cal~Wheat Thins flat bread crackers with sun dried tomato Laughing Cow cheese

254 cal~Turkey wrap, Artisan Flaxseed & Blue Corn Tortilla, 4 slices turkey breast, spinach, spicy mustard & parmesan cheese

350 cal~Wheat round bun (2) pizza, 1T tomato sauce, spinach, 1T mozzarella cheese, 2 pepperoni's, basil & garlic salt, baked at 450 for 10-15 mins.

Mom's Homemade Pizza

408 cal~5 chicken breasts, 1 packet taco seasoning, cover chicken with water and cook on high for 6 hours and the chicken just shreds apart. 2 whole wheat tortillas, lettuce, 1T ff sour cream, 1T mozzarella cheese, 1T refried beans.

Crockpot Chicken Tacos

287 cal~2 cups shredded chicken (used crockpot method from above seasonings of choice), 1 box whole wheat pasta cooked and drained, 2T diced garlic, 3 cups drained spinach, 1T green chilies, 6T crushed tomatoes (added as needed for moistness), 1 small can tomato sauce, 1/2 cup ff ricotta, mixed all the above together in large bowl. Pour into sprayed 9X13 dish and sprinkle top with 1/4 cup mozzarella & fresh parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 until cheese is browned, about 20 mins.  
**I would wait and add the chicken after you have mixed all the wet ingredients together, otherwise it kind of purees with all the stirring, pasta is added lastly. Also, I made this dish into 6 servings but it would be fine to make it into 8 or maybe even 10 if you wanted to make it stretch. The whole 9X13 dish was 1722 calories.** 

Baked Chicken & Spinach Ziti

178 cal~1 shortcake, 2 T light cool whip, 10 semi-sweet morsels, coffee was an extra 50 calories
