I started this blog in January 2011 after hearing a guest speaker at a women's event at my church. I started off strong like most do and it lasted about 4 months before I let my goals take a back seat to the daily grind of life. I have to admit that I am starting over and with 24 pounds more that what I started out with in January 2011.

I am ashamed, I am embarrassed by this but its the truth so I have accepted it and I am moving on to be a better me. I will continue to add monthly progress pictures (gain or loss) until I have reached my goal weight of 140.
